Do you plan weddings for international clients in the South of France?
Yes. We specialize in destination weddings for international couples wishing to get married in Provence, on the French Riviera, or in a château anywhere in France.
We also plan weddings abroad for our French clients and international events beyond France.
What is your minimum budget requirement and your planning fee for a luxury wedding?
Our full-service planning fees start at €18,000, excluding travel and living expenses.
This covers the creative work, management, design direction and coordination of your event.
It is separate from the overall wedding budget and the vendors’ fees.
Additional fees apply for multi-day events such as welcome dinners, brunches or pool parties.
We also offer lighter packages covering only specific steps of the planning process.
Does hiring a wedding planner guarantee negotiated or discounted vendor rates?
No.
Our mission is not to find the cheapest option, but to secure the highest-quality vendor at the right price.
We ensure that you never overpay and that every quote reflects the reality of the market.
Thanks to our presence in the industry since 2005, vendors enjoy working with us, and our clients often benefit from special attentions that elevate the experience—extra time, added touches, flexibility—though not formal discounts.
How does the planning process work for couples living abroad?
We organize everything remotely through:
- video meetings,
- collaborative planning tools,
- regular updates and reporting,
- assistance with practical and administrative requirements for hosting your wedding in France.
The process is smooth, transparent and easy.
Do you offer a turnkey service?
Yes.
Our full-service package includes: venue scouting, design, scenography, logistics, planning, vendor management and full coordination—with no time or vendor limit.
With a turnkey service, do we still remain in control of our choices?
Absolutely.
We guide, propose and curate, but we never impose.
You remain in full control of every decision: vendors, design, artistic direction, experience.
Can you plan weddings in châteaux or Provençal estates?
Yes.
We frequently work in:
- historic châteaux,
- Provençal bastides,
- vineyard estates,
- luxury villas,
- unique and heritage locations.
Public monuments, while more demanding, offer breathtaking results.
Do you travel internationally?
Yes.
Although we are based in Marseille, we happily travel worldwide to orchestrate luxury weddings and editorial productions.
When should we book your agency?
Ideally 12 to 18 months before the wedding date — especially for highly requested venues.
However, we can also design exceptional weddings on short notice; our record is two months for a very complex production.
Do you work with English-speaking or international vendors?
Yes.
Our network is composed of trusted French vendors experienced in destination weddings, most of them English-speaking.
We also collaborate with international vendors upon request.
What sets your agency apart from other wedding planners in the South of France?
- 20 years of expertise,
- a warm, human-centered and radiant approach,
- unwavering calm in the face of unforeseen situations,
- recognized editorial design sensitivity,
- exclusive management tools that enhance communication and planning.
Can you create an editorial, Vogue-inspired wedding aesthetic?
Yes.
Our creative world draws inspiration from fashion, architecture, refined minimalism and high-end editorial trends.
Most importantly, we honor your personal style and aesthetic preferences—even when they differ from ours.
How do you handle unexpected situations on the wedding day?
Our team of at least four coordinators ensures that every issue is handled discreetly, calmly and efficiently.
Thanks to preparation and experience, unforeseen events naturally turn into seamless solutions.
What exactly do you do on the wedding day?
- On-site presence as soon as the first deliveries arrive (often the day before),
- Full coordination of logistics and vendor teams,
- Real-time schedule management,
- Ensuring no downtime for guests,
- Remaining on-site until the last guest leaves,
- Supervising teardown with respect for the venue and vendors.
A successful wedding is one that flows with consistent rhythm and immersion.
Do you help couples find the ideal venue?
Yes.
We provide a curated list of 5 to 10 venues aligned with your style and vision.
If none is a perfect match, we continue the search without limit until we find the one.
What types of venues do you work in most often?
Châteaux, Provençal estates, private villas, luxury hotels, historic venues, vineyards and unique event spaces.
We also love designing weddings on private estates or private homes, which offer unparalleled creative freedom.
What should we know about hosting a wedding at home?
A home wedding is unforgettable and entirely unique — but also more expensive and technically demanding than renting a venue.
Expect:
- several days of installation and teardown,
- extensive logistics,
- numerous vendor teams on site.
The result, however, is a fully bespoke and incomparable experience.
Do you plan multicultural or bilingual weddings?
Yes.
We work regularly with multicultural, multilingual and international ceremonies.
We do not claim to know every tradition, but we love learning and embracing new cultures.
What budget should we expect for a luxury wedding in the South of France?
Luxury weddings generally start around €150,000, but the budget varies based on:
- venue choice,
- guest count,
- duration of the event,
- desired level of production and design.
Some venues or ambitious concepts may significantly increase the overall investment.
Do you assist guests traveling from abroad?
Yes.
We facilitate:
- transportation,
- accommodation,
- local recommendations and tourism options,
- guest arrival logistics.
We can also offer luxury concierge services for your guests, upon request.
Can you plan multi-day celebrations?
Of course.
Welcome dinners, rehearsal dinners, pool parties, brunches, day-after sessions…
Most of our weddings extend over several days, and we love designing these immersive experiences.
Welcome dinner or brunch: what do you recommend?
We highly recommend a welcome dinner, as it:
- ensures all guests arrive the day before,
- encourages mingling,
- helps the couple relax,
- makes the wedding day more enjoyable and serene.
Brunches are beautiful, but guests are often tired and less engaged.
Is your service designed for couples seeking a luxury, stress-free wedding experience?
Yes.
We specialize in weddings that are elegant, fluid, serene and emotionally memorable.
Our priority is to craft a true experience, not simply an event.
What is the advantage of hiring a wedding planner based in Marseille for a wedding in Provence?
Marseille’s location allows us to be at the heart of:
- Provence,
- the French Riviera,
- the entire South of France.
We know the exceptional venues, the right seasons, the local regulations and the most reliable vendors.
We are also perfectly positioned to travel to Corsica, Italy, Spain, Eastern Europe and North Africa.
Do you work with the best florists, photographers and designers in the region?
Yes.
Over 20 years, we have curated a trusted network of:
- renowned photographers,
- avant-garde floral designers,
- gastronomic chefs,
- luxury decorators,
- talented musicians and performers.
We have no exclusivity agreements — we recommend based on your universe, your budget, and the overall harmony of the event.
How do you create a bespoke wedding design that reflects our style or culture?
The process begins with a deep understanding of your story, preferences and cultural background.
We then develop:
- an initial artistic direction moodboard,
- a second highly detailed design moodboard (20+ pages) including colors, materials, scenography, sensory atmosphere, architectural lighting and more.
Every detail is tailored to your identity.
Can you manage the entire planning process if we cannot travel before the wedding?
Yes.
Many of our couples visit only once — or solely on the wedding day.
Thanks to virtual tours, collaborative tools and meticulous coordination, you enjoy a fully managed planning experience without needing to travel.
Do you work with French-speaking, English-speaking and international clients?
Yes.
We fluently speak French and English, and adapt our communication to your country, culture and expectations.
Do you plan events other than weddings?
Yes.
Although weddings represent 90% of our work, we also design:
- birthdays,
- baptisms,
- communions,
- Bar Mitzvahs,
- baby showers,
- bachelorette events,
- multi-day celebrations.
Many of our clients return to us for their family events after their wedding.
Do you plan same-sex weddings?
Yes.
We have proudly organized several LGBTQ+ weddings.
Love has no boundaries.
