Marseille is Fun & Beautiful
Great to plan a 100% Marseille wedding !
Our 2 very funny lovers, Marie-Jeanne & Pascal, wished about an uncommon wedding and initially thought about a seafront villa along the St Tropez bay. After discussing with us, we also understood that they were definitely ready to plan something unusual and we seeked an incredible contemporary private villa, nestled in the very old district of Marseille, near Endoume, offering a stunning view of Marseille bay and also Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde cathedrale .
It was THE villa and they felt in love with the concept we designed : we planned an all-white-day-wedding with a lot of entertainments and performers, mixing arts & food experiences.
The religious ceremony was celebrated in the morning, in a very ancient church in Marseille, where Marie-Jeanne used to go with her grandmother. The priest celebration was great and very emotional.
Because it was difficult to access the villa and because we wanted something different, we decided to rent the touristic train of Marseille to carry guests and also took advantage of it to visit the fabulous Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde cathedrale before starting the real reception.
The garden party offered a lot of foods : meat barbecue, fish plancha, oysters bar, mussles, razoe shells, salmon, Foie-gras, sushis bar, etc….
We also planned some entertainments s to create something similar to a school party : Chamboule-tout, Photobooth, videogames, Japanese inflatable sumo fights, etc…
Of course the traditionnal Petanque tournament was achieved and for those who prefered chating and having a rest, a relaxation area was designed with hammocks, pool mattress and couches around the pool.
To end this party, an amazing dessert buffet was set up with candy bar, chocolate fountain, ice creams, macaroons and the wedding cake was a combination of vanilla & chocolate « French Eclairs ».
